I want to thank you for such wonderful lamb to begin with. It is truly delicious, tender and it kept all year in our freezer just wonderfully so that the last of it was just as good as the first. Not that we had it all year because we ran out we enjoyed it so much. We were having company over and wanted to have lamb anyway, so I purchased some locally at Sam's. We cooked it up and it was just OK and that's when we really knew even more just how good your lamb is. That is why we ordered 1 1/2 lambs this year instead of just the one. We don't want to run out again!

I also am really thrilled that your lamb is Natural. I have studied nutrition and Oriental medicine for 10 years now and I know of many different studies demonstrating how much better natural foods are for us in terms of higher nutrient values and inherent energetics of the foods themselves. I was a vegetarian for 9 of those years. A lot of that was due to the tainted meat supply commonly available in most supermarkets today. The antibiotics and hormones given to the animals remain to a large extent in the muscle tissue of the animals. As a consequence, we end up consuming a large portion of these when we eat the butchered meat. Also many of these animals are raised in factory feed lots with barely enough room to turn around in. Knowing that I am getting your lamb which has been raised on nutritious natural foods and love with room to roam and play in the beautiful, crisp foothills in WY does not even compare to what's available to the consumer in the grocery stores. We have "bragged" about your lamb to many friends and family and will continue to do so. Thanks again for such a truly superior product.
